Activity on European policies at the IES La Albericia

On March 14, as part of the Jean Monnet activities of the International Applied Economics and Economic Policy Group of the University of Cantabria, Marcos Fernández taught a class on European policies to twenty students of the subject International Relations (2nd year of Baccalaureate ) from IES La Albericia (Santander). In the session, in which he was accompanied by the subject’s professor, Gonzalo Revuelta, he explained what a class on European policies at the University is like and an introduction to the institutions and policies of the EU. The students were very active and asked many questions. The activity is part of the Next Generation Policy Makers, which aims to address issues related to European affairs aimed at the younger population.
