On December 1, Professor Rhys Andrews, from Cardiff Business School, delivered the webinar “The Politics of Local Public Policy”. At the event, which was carried out through MS Teams and with the participation of more than 100 attendees, the speaker addressed the discussion of the extent to which ideology affects the provision of public services at the regional and local level.
Rhys Andrews is Professor of Public Management. His main lines of research are related to the efficiency of the public sector, inter-sectoral collaborations and strategic management of public services. He has published more than one hundred articles in specialized journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Urban Economics, Human Relations, Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, and Public Administration Review.
